What a beautiful and hot day at The Calgary Zoo for this intimate wedding. I've known Kevin since high school and I was so honoured to be able to photograph his marriage to Elizabeth. With the pandemic delaying their wedding they were able to pick the perfect hot day to celebrate at the zoo. The ceremony was in the gardens of the conservatory and we were able to easily do family photos right afterwards. We had a fun time walking to the prehistoric section as you go around all the guests at the zoo. We got some great photos in between all the dinosaurs and then returned to the conservatory to start the reception. After all the delicious food we were able to sneak away to get some photos in the greenhouse. I loved the dance that Kevin did with his mom and the whole day can be described as full of laughter. Congrats Kevin and Elizabeth! I look forward to many more years of friendship.
